Updating boot through cd


You must select the same controller type selected in step 3, otherwise the upgrade will fail. Do not power off your computer until the firmware finishes updating.The program checks that the update program version of the firmware is compatible.



Lately I have been trying to find a way to update the BIOS on my 10-year-old Asus P5BW-LA from 3.08 to 3.17.You must select the same controller type selected in step 3, otherwise the upgrade will fail.Do not power off your computer until the firmware finishes updating.mobo model is D845WN and disk is Samsung IDE 80Gb if any1 can help i will apreciate it...
